For those unfamiliar with downtown New Albany, the Windsor occupies the space formerly housing the late, lamented Bistro New Albany. The crew at the Windsor are doing great work, with a couple of savvy young chefs and Isaac manning the bar. There are ten quality drafts and top-shelf liquors.
