Here's the Easter Sunday Brunch (April 8) plan for Bank Street Brewhouse, courtesy of GM Mark Prince:

Chef Matt Weirich will personally be running a Build-Your-Own-Omelet station with fresh ingredients and cheeses.

There'll be slow-cooked Prime Rib, as well as the regular Brewhouse Brunch menu and the Bloody Mary Bar.

We'll be introducing the Bank Street Brewhouse Bourbon Coffee: Starlight Coffee's Brewhouse Blend and your choice of bourbon, with whipped cream and cocoa powder, served in a white and dark chocolate swirled glass.

Brunch hours are as usual, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with afternoon hours until 6:00 p.m.

The weather outlook is warm, with a high of 70 and no rain.

Needless to say, NABC drafts and carry-out growlers and bombers.

Bank Street Brewhouse will be closed this Sunday for an Easter holiday.

Both NABC locations will be closed this Sunday (April 24), giving the employees some time off for that holiday thingy. Best get your growlers on Saturday, either at the Pizzeria & Public House, or Bank Street Brewhouse. Thanks!

We'll reopen on Tuesday, April 6 at 2:00 p.m.

My recommendation today is the Louisville Beer Store and Day Three of NABCieged Harder (II). NABC has taken control of LBS's draft lines for the weekend, and the first two days were suitably revolutionary.

Chef Josh will be at LBS today for The Pairing, with a special 4-course food and matched beer flight beginning at 3:00 p.m. Here's the menu:

The Bank Street Brewhouse will observe tomorrow's holiday with beer and chocolate.

NABC Grant Line (pub and pizzeria) will be closed on Easter Sunday. Then again, we're always closed on Sunday, aren't we?

However, the irreligious among us (we rather enjoy each other's company) will be opening the Bank Street Brewhouse from Noon to 8:00 p.m. for frivolity, beer and chocolate. The latter will be the only food available, because the kitchen will be closed, unless Chef Josh permits us to grill the Easter Bunny outside.
