Iron Chef at the Farmers Market, Part 2.

How could the panel of judges take so long before digging in? I was salivating at the beer station.

In the end, the winners were equally divided among the participants. River City was best appetizer, Bank Street Brewhouse best entree, Steinert's best dessert, and Sternwheeler best overall.

And the secret ingredient: Chef Walker's (sic) hot wing sauce.

At the Farmers Market on Saturday, September 11, there was an Iron Chef competition, with four downtown New Albany eateries taking part.
