A glimpse at the storage room at Rich O's.

I've been working on a project to better organize the beer stocks at Rich O's. Fellow owner Kate Lewison recently installed new racks for the canned goods and kitchen accessories, freeing up space in the storage area and enabling me to arrange things more logically than before.


Bottled beers are now shelved alphabetically, with ciders and meads at the lower right end.

A further bonus is a place to store glassware according to point of origin.

Just for the fun of it, here's a view of the walk-in cooler on an uncrowded day.
